• Custom or personalised products have their own processing times. Please check the individual product description for accurate timelines.

Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare and pack your order before it is shipped. This does not include delivery time.

• Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Shipping Upgrade

• Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Estimated delivery time: 2 business days
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, postal delays, or strikes.

Order Dispatch

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you select a tracked service, tracking details will be included in your dispatch email.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rae & Nova cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a 10 business days of dispatch, please contact me and I will be happy to help investigate with the postal service.
